All orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
All dates are first come, first served and only confirmed once payment is received.
If you inquire about a date but do not complete payment within 48 hours, your spot will not be held.
Only high-quality brand ingredients are used for all orders.
Every order is made with care and attention. Please respect my policies, pricing, and time, as a great deal of effort goes into each creation.

Cake pops contain the following allergens: eggs, milk, soy, and wheat.
All products are prepared, baked, and packaged in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present. While best practices are used to avoid cross-contamination, there is no guarantee that products are allergen-free.
This food is made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or local Health Department.

All Gigi’s Sweets and Treats orders are pickup only (Fort Mill, SC 29715) unless delivery within a 20-mile radius is requested on the order form.
The exact pickup location will be provided via email prior to your scheduled pickup.
Once your order is picked up, Gigi’s Sweets and Treats is no longer responsible for any issues thereafter.

Full payment is required upfront for orders $50.00 or less to secure your order.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for orders over $50.00 to secure your order.
Please note: if your deposit is not paid, your order is not secured. Other inquiries may be booked ahead of you if the deposit is not received.
All payments are non-refundable.
Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, Cash.
Please send payments as regular payments (not purchases) to avoid additional fees.
